Steps
- Document one typical day at work using text and/or images.
- Include details on tasks and interactions, like:
- what was the purpose
- how long
- who do you interact with, formally or informally
- You could do this retrospectively, or even throughout the day or week. It can be useful to include reflections.
This could also be done through peer interviews. It could also be a first step towards Interviewing your Double.
