Analysis
Pay attention to key processes, documents, management tools, and the extent to which spaces are personalised. Many corporate and hot-desking environments will typically have very austere appearances (‘clean desk policies’ in action), in contrast to personal spaces with pictures, plants, biscuit tins, staplers with initials painted on them and so on.
