Steps

1. Document (list/draw/photograph) all the other individuals with whom you interact in the course of your work.
2. Note details of your interactions, like:
• for what purposes
• where (on whose ‘territory’?)
• for how long.

Don’t just focus on formal interactions like meetings – try and capture the informal and ‘bottom-up’ interactions to your work as well.
